Sellers may only list products and services that are lawful, accurately described, and permitted under Novazop policies. Listings that violate applicable laws, intellectual property rights, marketplace rules, or this policy may be removed without prior notice.

2. Prohibited Products & Services

• Illegal products or services.
• Stolen or unauthorized digital goods.
• Hacked accounts or compromised accounts.
• Airline loyalty accounts.
• Hotel loyalty accounts.
• Social media accounts.
• Gaming accounts.
• Login credentials or passwords.
• Counterfeit products.
• Fraudulent services.
• Identity theft services.
• Money laundering services.
• Illegal financial services.
• Malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or malicious software.
• Phishing kits.
• Credit card fraud tools.
• Fake documents.
• Government-issued identification.
• Illegal software licenses.
• Pirated software.
• Copyright-infringing content.
• Trademark-infringing products.
• Adult illegal content.
• Weapons prohibited by law.
• Illegal drugs.
• Explosives.
• Any product prohibited by applicable law.

3. Airline Reward Services

Novazop permits eligible reward redemption services, including airline reward bookings, mileage redemption services, hotel reward bookings, and other lawful reward redemption activities, provided they comply with applicable marketplace policies and relevant laws. However, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Selling airline loyalty accounts.
• Buying airline loyalty accounts.
• Sharing airline login credentials.
• Selling stolen miles.
• Unauthorized access to loyalty accounts.
• Listings involving hacked or compromised accounts.

4. Fraud Prevention

Listings intended to deceive buyers, manipulate marketplace systems, bypass platform protections, or facilitate fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. Novazop reserves the right to investigate suspicious listings and take appropriate action.

5. Intellectual Property

Sellers must respect the intellectual property rights of others. Listings that infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other proprietary rights may be removed immediately.

6. Enforcement

If Novazop determines that a listing violates this policy, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Remove the listing.
• Suspend the seller account.
• Restrict marketplace access.
• Cancel affected transactions.
• Request additional verification.
• Report unlawful activity where required by law.

7. Reporting Prohibited Listings

Users are encouraged to report listings that they believe violate this policy. Reports help us maintain a safe and trusted marketplace for everyone. Every report is reviewed individually.

8. Policy Updates

Novazop reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.
